Through the decision of the Committee on World Friendship Among children, of the Federal Council
of Churches, the Municipal Museum has been designated the depository of one of the fine dolls that were
sent by the Japanese Government for a tour of America.
It is hoped that the interchange of dolls among the children of the two races will do much
to cement the friendship of their elders on both continents.
Certainly a hearty gift of good will and cordial friendship between America and Japan will do much
to stabilize the peace of the whole world.
